Tomio & Kimie Yamazaki
Kent’s parents. Tomio practiced tennis together with Kent and traveled interstate and international with him. Kimie supported Kent’s academic fields.

Arthur Brett
Bob’s brother. Japanese Olympic sailing team coach.He spends many weeks of the year in Japan and has a training base in Fremantle. He won 2 x world championship titles in World Sailing Championship.

Jeremy Hudson

Jeremy is a solicitor with extensive commercial experience in London and Western Australia, in particular with major construction projects in northern WA. He was a Board Member of Juniper, one of Western Australia’s largest not-for-profit aged care providers from 2008 to 2018, and was chair of its Building and Infrastructure Committee for a number of those years. He has administrative, management and coaching experience in a range of junior sports, including tennis, soccer, cricket and hockey.

Tim Weir

Tim Weir

Tim has had in excess of 20 years’ experience in the Finance industry holding senior roles in Investment Advisory, Management and Corporate Finance.
Tim is currently the Investment Manager and Director of Precision Funds Management which is responsible for overseeing Precision Opportunities Fund. Mr Weir is also an Executive Director of Chieftain Securities Pty Ltd which holds an Australian Financial Services License. Chieftain has been involved in a wide range of Equity Capital Market and Advisory transactions.

Tom George

Tom George

Tom is the current Tennis Australia National Development Squad Coach – WA. Prior to working for Tennis Australia, Tom followed an exceptional junior tennis career as a 4-time National Champion, #1 ranked Australian junior and A.I.S Scholarship holder. Tom played college tennis in America at Auburn University and during his college career led the Tigers to be a top 10 NCAA ranked program. Tom also played number 1 for Australia at the World University Games. He graduated with a BSBA in Economics from Auburn and went on to be admitted to the Queensland Supreme Court as a lawyer after completing his Juris Doctor at Bond University. Tom was Kent’s tennis coach and is a close friend of the Yamazaki family.

Sharan Dogra

Sharan Dogra

Sharan is a Renal Physician with experience in research, scientific grant reviews, and teaching with the Medical School of UWA. She sat on the Raine Foundation Scientific Review Committee where her role was to review and grade research grant applications. She regularly supports children’s charities and is passionate about encouraging children to pursue excellence to their best ability.

Georgia Culley

Georgia Culley

Georgia is an interior designer who worked in the building industry for over 20 years. She grew up in the tennis community in Australia and in the USA where her father Rob was a tennis coach and her brother Paul played on the ATP tour then went on to be the director of the Hopman Cup in Perth. Her life in tennis continued as Georgia married a tennis coach, David Culley, and is a tennis “Mum” with daughters who play. Georgia is part of the junior administration team and also runs the junior club at Cottesloe tennis club. Georgia and her daughter were friends of Kent and enjoyed travelling to tournaments and team events with Kent, sharing many special memories.

Michael Paterson

Michael’s son Jasper was part of the same pennant team as Kent over 2 years. Michael has supported the establishment of the Kent Yamazaki & Bob Brett Tennis Foundation Trust Deed & Charity registration etc.
As well as being a Solicitor, Michael is also a software developer.  With dual qualifications in both disciplines: Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) from A.N.U. (1982-1986),  Michael has developed a niche practice area in computer, technology, and intellectual property law.
